I am excited about decorating my first BOY ROOM!!! I have been dreaming a little and here is what we are thinking of doing.... It's a African Jungle theme! :-)
I like the paint in this pic. I think we will do the green and giraffe print. How CUTE is that???
This rug is cute....

Maybe a little valance in the window...

Gotta have a HUGE giraffe of course!

Definitely gonna be vines and monkey's hanging from the ceilings.

OH! And a tiger to watch guard at night of course. Whatta ya think?? HUGS! Angel

I don't think they have tigers in Africa. He needs a giant elephant to protect him. ;)
LOVE IT!!! Did I tell you that Target has a really cute comforter set that looks like the one in your picture? Is that where it's from? I am so excited- makes me want to put on my paint pants and come over and help! :)
Anonymous- Good tip. Better start checking out guardian elephants!
Amy- OH BOY WOULD THAT BE FUN!! Would love it if we were close enough for the paint jobs!!
I'm being totally serious...I hope the monkey doesn't scare him in the middle of the night or something! It's kind of life like. Absolutely love the giraffe paint, esp with the green!
LOL!!! I hear ya! I thought the same thing. We may have to get some sillier looking monkeys. ;-)
cute theme!
l.o.v.e.! I am so into that green right now, and it is so cute with the jungle theme!!!! oh and those little animals! precious. Can't wait to see little Keegan in the room!
that will be one cute room!
Thanks so much everyone! I'm excited. :-) Angel
Oh, it will be precious. I always love when nurseries have trees in them... maybe a cool African tree?? Pottery barn kids has great ideas you can steal... probably not with African varieties however!
I LOVE the giraffe!
It looks great so far! I have a giveaway on my blog right now for a wall vinyl and two of the options the winner can pick are the continent of Africa with a heart that can be placed anywhere or the continent of Africa with the Ethiopia cut out. There are other options too, but those ones would go well in the room. (we adopted two of our kids from Ethiopia last year)
